Pricing Details
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $200. This base rate is designed to provide a clear, predictable cost for landlords managing one to ten rental properties. However, the final monthly fee is determined by several key factors that impact the volume and complexity of your financial records.
Number of Properties: Each property requires dedicated tracking of income, expenses, and security deposits.
Transaction Volume: Higher monthly transaction volumes require more time for review and categorization.
Bank & Credit Card Accounts: Managing multiple bank feeds and credit card statements increases complexity.
Entities & Bookkeeping Complexity: The number of entities and the level of accounting detail affect the scope.
Historical Cleanup: We provide a separate quote for catch-up and cleanup work based on the condition and volume of your existing records.
SERVICE BOUNDARIES
Rental Bookkeeper provides specialized bookkeeping for rental property owners. We do not offer payroll services, tax return preparation, or property management. Our services are strictly limited to organizing Stessa accounts, categorizing rental income and expenses, and providing clear reporting for your tax preparer. We maintain your records and tenant ledgers but do not collect rent or manage tenant communication.
